Customers who purchase products from Di Morelli´s website may return any unopened product by mail within thirty (30) days of the delivery at your own cost. Please note that all promotional products and gift with purchases, must be returned.
Any discounted items are a FINAL SALE.
We recommend that you return all products and that you send your return via Canada Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. It is recommended to obtain a tracking number. We’re sorry, but return shipping fees are not refundable.
If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, and its content rendered unusable notify us immediately at (855)email@example.com (Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time).
Any concerns regarding a problem with your delivered order (missing product, incorrect product, damaged merchandise etc.) must be made within 3 days of receiving your parcel.
Di Morelli products purchased in all other locations must be returned to their original point of purchase.Please note: We do not accept returns on products that were purchased through eBay or any other unauthorized retailers of Di Morelli Skin Care Products.
