How do I know which products are best for my skin?
To find out which products are best for your skin, send your questions directly to info@dimorelli.com. Once our Skin Specialist receives your email, she will follow up with you with a personalized treatment plan that targets your skin’s biggest concerns. Where can I buy Di Morelli Skin Care Products?
Our products are available to purchase through our online store. However, if you prefer to try our products in person, we have over 145 locations across Canada. You can find an authorized retailer in your area by searching on our store locator.
How do airless pumps work?
All of our packaging is strawless and uses airless pump technology. When you press down on the pump, it creates a vacuum effect that raises a platform in the bottom of the bottle and pushes out the product. We strongly recommend that you do not open the bottle, as that will let air into the packaging and unfortunately will cause the pump to no longer work.
If you have any issues with the pump not working, here is how to resolve the issue:
1 - Do not open the bottle - this will allow air in
2 - Holding the bottle upright, tap on the bottom of the bottle and then pump to remove any air bubbles.
3 - When beginning a new bottle, it typically takes 10-20 pumps for the product to dispense. In some cases it can be more.
Are Di Morelli products safe on sensitive skin?
Di Morelli Skin Care was created for people who are looking for targeted treatment to give them desired results. All our products contain medical grade ingredients which are clinically proven and effective. They are meant for sensitive skin, however we recommend doing a patch test or trying our samples before buying full-sized bottles.

How soon will I start seeing results from using Di Morelli Skin Care Products?
Depending on the skin concern you are trying to address as well as the products you are using, the time it takes for your results to show will vary. Many people report that their skin looks smoother, brighter and is visibly more healthy within their first few applications. However, there are some skin concerns that require long-term treatment, such as hyperpigmentation, acne and aging. Our Skin Specialist is happy to provide skin care advice and a customized treatment plan for you to help you achieve your long-term and short-term skin care goals.
Are Di Morelli Products safe to be used during pregnancy?
It is not recommended that you use a Retinol Serum while pregnant. As every pregnancy is unique, we recommend speaking to your doctor before beginning a new skin care routine while pregnant or breastfeeding.

No. None of Di Morelli Skin Care products or ingredients are tested on animals.

All of Di Morelli Skin Care Products are vegan, except Brightener Serum which contains Lactic Acid, an alpha hydroxy acid derived from milk.

Customers who purchase products directly from our website may return any unopened and unused product by mail within thirty (30) days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
