What is the Canadian shipping policy?

Di Morelli is based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada and offers FREE shipping for all orders over $50. We use Expedited Shipping from CANADA POST.  The approximate delivery time is:  Local – 1 day  Regional – up to 3 days  National – up to 7 days  *Orders before 2:00 pm are processed and shipped from our warehouse on the same day Monday – Friday.  Delivery occurs Monday – Friday. Please allow for 2-3 additional days for rural and remote areas and PO Boxes. To get your shipping status with Canada Post (WPCP), please visit www.canadapost.ca and enter the tracking number provided on your shipping confirmation.  All orders are shipped with CANADA POST Signature on Delivery. This ensures a secure delivery and prevents theft and loss. If you are not present at the time of delivery, CANADA POST will bring your parcel to a nearby Canada Post Office and your parcel will be available for pick-up for 15 days. If you wish to have your parcel shipped with “No Signature Required”, please email info@dimorelli.com after you place your order and make this request. We will reply with a confirmation email. Please note that Di Morelli Skin Care is not responsible for lost or non-delivered packages if you request “No Signature Required”. Di Morelli Skin Care Products is not responsible for packages that are lost or cannot be delivered due to errors in the mailing address, missing information or where a person is not physically present to receive packages. If the package is unable to be delivered, and as a result, returned to us we will contact you via the email address you provided.

What is the US shipping policy?

For our United States customers when you spend $50 CAD or more on product we will give you FREE shipping to anywhere in the United States. We use Expedited Shipping from CANADA POST. The approximate delivery time is: 4 – 7 days *Orders before 2:00 pm are processed and shipped from our warehouse on the same day Monday – Friday. To get your shipping status with CANADA POST (WPCP), please visit www.canadapost.ca and enter the tracking number provided on your shipping confirmation.

What is the International shipping policy?

For our international customers when you spend $350 or more on product we will give you FREE shipping to anywhere on the globe. We use International Parcel from CANADA POST. The approximate delivery time is: 6 – 10 days *Orders before 2:00 pm are processed and shipped from our warehouse on the same day Monday – Friday. To get your shipping status withCANADA POST (WPCP), please visit www.canadapost.ca and enter the tracking number provided on your shipping confirmation. Di Morelli Skin Care will not cover additional shipping charges on orders that need to be shipped again due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up at a CANADA POST location. It is the customer’s responsibility to cover additional shipping charges.

How do I know my products have been shipped?

Our shipping and logistics team has an automated system from the time of receiving your order to the time of actual shipment, customers are informed through the emails which are sent at every step of the shipping process.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes, all orders are shipped through CANADA POST and a tracking number is sent to the email address provided by you at the time of ordering.

What shipping methods are available?

We ship all our shipments through CANADA POST standard for full sized products and samples are sent through CANADA POST standard letter mail.

How can I get free shipping?

We offer free shipping on all orders over $50CAD in Canada and USA. We offer free shipping over $350 CAD on all international orders.

I have received a damaged package, how to get a replacement?

What if the products inside my package are broken? How can I get a replacement?

I haven't received my order yet, what should I do?

All of our orders are shipped with a Canada Post tracking number that can be used on the Canada Post website or app to locate the status of your order.

I need to update my address as I am no longer living on the address provided in your system.

You can update your address at the time of checkout and if you somehow missed to do so you can call/write to us immediately at +1-855-330-7714 (mon-friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM Pacific Time) or info@dimorelli.com. Our team will update the same for you for correct and timely delivery.

What is your return policy?

Customers who purchase products from our website may return any unopened product by mail within thirty (30) days of the delivery at your own cost. 
Please note that all promotional products and any gifts with purchase must also be returned. Any discounted or promotional items are a FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded or exchanged. We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns of the same product type. Products that are returned empty or less than half-full will not be refunded. Product content must not be altered. We recommend that you return all products via Canada Post and it is recommended to obtain a tracking number. Unfortunately, return shipping fees are not refundable. 
Di Morelli Skin Care Products is not responsible for returned packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. 

If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier and its content rendered unusable, notify us immediately at +1-855-330-7714 or info@dimorelli.com (Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Pacific Time). 
Refund approval is determined by Di Morelli Skin Care Products once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, you will be reimbursed on the credit card used for your original purchase. 
Any concerns regarding a problem with your delivered order (missing product, incorrect product, damaged merchandise etc.) must be made within 3 days of receiving your parcel.

All accessories are final sale and are non-refundable.

How about products purchased from authorized retailers including pharmacies or spas?

Di Morelli products purchased in all other retail locations must be returned to their original point of purchase. Please note: We do not accept returns on products that were purchased through eBay, Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace or any other unauthorized retailers of Di Morelli Skin Care Products. What is your refund policy?

We offer a full refund for products which were delivered to you damaged, seal broken or any other issue during transit. In case you are not satisfied with any of your Di Morelli products within 30 days of purchasing, please contact us at info@dimorelli.com and we will try our best to resolve or refund your money depending on the case. Kindly note that all refunds will be made on the same payment method used for the original purchase.

How long does it take to receive a refund on the products returned?

We try to process all refunds in a timely manner, once the refund is approved from our side, a credit is applied to the method of payment used by the customer. The amount refunded will reflect in your account depending on the method of payment used.

I haven't received my refund yet, what should I do?

You can follow up with the bank or the credit card company, once it shows the process is completed from our end.
