Return Policy

Customers who purchase products directly from our website may return any unopened and unused product by mail within thirty (30) days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

To qualify for a refund:
  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Promotional items and gifts with purchase must also be returned to receive a full refund.
  • Discounted or promotional items, including those purchased during sales events, are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Accessories are final sale and non-refundable.
  • Returns of the same product type in excessive quantities may be refused at our discretion.
  • Any item returned empty, partially used (less than half-full), or altered in any way will not be refunded.

We recommend returning your package via Canada Post with a tracking number, as Di Morelli Skin Care Products is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Product Quality Concerns

If you experience a quality issue with the product or packaging, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order. This includes concerns such as product consistency, packaging defects, or unusual odor. Our team will evaluate the concern and determine the appropriate next steps.

  • We do not offer exchanges at this time.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Di Morelli Skin Care reserves the right to update or modify this return policy at any time without prior notice.
Products Purchased from Authorized Retailers
Di Morelli Skin Care products purchased from authorized retail locations (including pharmacies, spas, and clinics) must be returned directly to the original place of purchase, in accordance with that retailer’s return policy.

Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including but not limited to eBay, Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, or any other unofficial third-party platforms.

Refund Policy
We offer a full refund for products that arrive damaged, with a broken seal, or otherwise compromised during shipping. If this occurs, please contact us at info@dimorelli.com within 3 days of receiving your order, and include photos of the issue for our review.
If you are not satisfied with a Di Morelli product for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of the purchase date at info@dimorelli.com. Our team will assess the concern and determine the most appropriate resolution, which may include a refund or alternative solution, at our discretion.

Please note:
  • All refunds are issued to the original method of payment used at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to decline refund requests if products are used, altered, or returned outside the policy timeframes.
  • Refunds will not be issued for items purchased from unauthorized retailers or third-party platforms (e.g., eBay, Facebook Marketplace).
How Long does it take to receive a refund for returned products?
We aim to process all refunds in a timely manner. Once your return is received and the refund is approved, a credit will be issued to the original method of payment used at checkout.
Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

I haven't received my refund yet, What should i do?
If you've received confirmation from us that your refund has been processed, but the funds haven’t appeared in your account, we recommend the following:
  • Check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times can vary.
  • Confirm that enough time (usually 5–10 business days) has passed since the refund was issued.
  • If it still hasn't appeared after that, please contact us at info@dimorelli.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you further.
Shipping Policy
Di Morelli is based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, and offers FREE shipping on all orders over $60 (before tax) within Canada.
We ship via Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator, depending on your delivery location and the most efficient service available.

Estimated Delivery Times:
  • Local: 1 business day
  • Regional: Up to 3 business days
  • National: Up to 7 business days
Delivery occurs on business days only. Please allow an additional 2–3 days for delivery to rural or remote areas and PO Boxes.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status online.

Undeliverable Packages:
We are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from:
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Missing unit or apartment numbers
  • No one available to receive the package at the time of delivery
If your package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
U.S. Shipping Policy
For our customers in the United States, we offer FREE shipping on all orders of $100 USD or more.
Orders are shipped using Canada Post or FedEx, depending on your delivery location and the most efficient service available.

  • 4–10 business days
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment.

Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, depending on your local regulations. These charges are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.

Di Morelli Skin Care is not responsible for any additional fees charged at the border and cannot refund or reimburse these costs.

Delivery Issues and Address Accurancy
Please ensure that all shipping information is complete and accurate at checkout. Di Morelli Skin Care is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to:
  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Failure to retrieve the package from the local post office or delivery location
  • Refused or unclaimed shipments
If a package is returned to us under these circumstances, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
International Shipping Policy
For our international customers, we offer FREE shipping on all orders of $350 CAD or more.

Orders are shipped using international parcel services via Canada Post or other global carriers, depending on the destination and most efficient delivery method.

  • 6–20 business days
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment at www.canadapost.ca or through the tracking system provided by the shipping carrier.
