What is the role of antioxidants in skin health?
Antioxidants are naturally occurring compounds that protect your cells from damage. Your body makes some
of its own antioxidants, however you get the vast majority from topically applied products, food and
supplements.
Antioxidants have the opposite effect of free radicals. They give an electron to damaged cells, which prevents
the free radical from damaging the cells further. The benefits of using a topically applied axtioxidant include:

How to use it
Press down on the top of the product to
dispense one pump into the palm of your
hand and lightly massage the serum
around your face and the delicate skin

ASCORBYL GLUCOSIDE
A highly stabilized form of Vitamin C that stimulates collagen, lightens dark spots and protects against harmful UV rays.
PALMITOYL OLIGOPEPTIDE
Also known as Matrixyl, this is a peptide made
up of five amino acids that are linked together
and attached to a fatty acid. Considered to be as effective as Retinol for collagen stimulation, with no irritating side effects. Research has shown it can increase collagen and elastin production.
GLYCERIN
A humectant or “water magnet” that binds with water molecules and traps them in skin cells. Replicates and enhances the skin’s self-moisturizing ability.
